At Orangekart, we strive to provide fresh and high-quality fruits, vegetables, and chutneys to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of these products, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality.
Since fruits, vegetables, and chutneys are perishable items, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:
You receive damaged products
You receive spoiled or poor-quality items
You receive incorrect products different from your order
Items are missing from your order
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
The delivered product is damaged or spoiled
The wrong product was delivered
The order was cancelled by Orangekart
The product was unavailable after payment
Our team may ask for photo proof of the product for verification.
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund may be processed through an alternative method such as bank transfer or wallet credit.
Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched.
Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:
The complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery
The product has already been consumed or partially used
Minor natural variations in fruits and vegetables (size, shape, color)
